AlliedCars.co.uk is an Airport Transfer Specialist company who have been providing Airport Transfer Service since 1980. We have well over 10,000 satisfied clients who use us for all their transfers both when arriving into London and going back to the Airports.

We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week and we provide transfers from anywhere in London and the surrounding counties to any of London's 5 Major Airports - Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton & London City Airport.

6. What type of Vehicles do we have?
We have a fleet ranging from standard Saloon (Sedan) cars to Estate (Station Wagons) and 7 Seaters (MPV's).

7. How early do I need to book?
Generally if booking on line you are advised to book 24 hours in advance. However you can call us up to 4 hours before you need the cab and we will happily accept your booking over the phone.

8. How can I pay for the service?
You can either pay while making the booking on line by Visa, Master card, American Express, Euro Card or any other credit or Debit card. Alternatively you can pay cash to the driver on arrival at your destination.

9. Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel a booking 4 hours prior to the booked time. If you have paid in advance you will be issued a full refund. We do not deduct any administration charges.

10. Is Allied Cars is a licensed company?
Yes, we are a licensed by the PCO.

11. Do we operate a fixed price policy?
Yes the price quoted is the price you pay. You may however be charged extra if you have ordered the wrong vehicle type. I.e. you order a saloon and all your luggage does not fit into the boot. You would then be charged the difference of an estate car. Or if there is excessive waiting at the airport while picking you up.

12. Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You can pay the driver in cash when you reach your destination. Should you wish to pay in advance, you may do so online using your credit / debit card. We do not keep any of your card details; these are processed by Pay Pal who offers a secure service.

13. Can you meet me at anytime of the day?
Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, bank holidays as well as both Xmas & New Year days.

14. What if my flight arrives early or is delayed? Will I be charged extra?
Allied Cars continuously monitor flight arrival times and DO NOT send the driver into the terminal until your flight has landed. Should your flight landing time change our driver will come into the terminal accordingly to meet you.

15. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled please call us and let our controller know and we will not send the driver.

16. What happens if I miss my flight or it is cancelled?
Again, like cancelled flights if you let us know on +44 (0) 207 639 9999 that you have missed your flight we will not send our driver to the airport.

17. Where do I meet up with my driver on arrival?
Once you have made your booking we will send you a confirmation e-mail confirming your booking and to let you know exactly where your driver will be waiting. In most terminals it is in front of the airport information desk.

18. How to I locate my driver?
Our driver will locate you through the phone numebr given to us or at the information desk meeting place, or call our control room on +44 (0) 207 639 9999.

19. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Once booked you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking. You can also call our 24 hour control room and our controllers will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed.

20. What if I need receipt?
Our driver will issue you receipt or you can print out one when making payment online.

- 21. Must I book online?
If you are not happy to book online, please call our operators and your booking will be confirmed on phone immediately. There are no extra charges for booking by phone.
